Joe and Amy Rossi purchased the Bungalow Beach Place Property in October 2014 when it was formerly called The Florentine and they decided to renovate it into what it is today. Joe and Amy live in Winter Park, Florida. Joe grew up on the west coast of Florida in Naples. Joe and Amy wanted a place they could get away to enjoy the beach where their children could play in the surf without having to worry about a strong undertow or huge waves where the water was shallow and warm. They have three children, Preston, Anabelle and Peyton that they look forward to making many wonderful memories with as they grow up by coming to stay at the beautiful Bungalow Beach Place.
