After 45 years of ownership, Bungalow Beach Place, formerly known as the Florentine was taken over by Joe and Amy, the new owners, who renovated the property into what it is today. Updated luxury features such as all new appliances, wood floors, granite counter tops, new cabinets, updated bathrooms, bedrooms, furniture and electronics are included in every unit in building 1, which is the beachside building. Joe and Amy completely finished renovating building 2 on the property in Summer 2016. This building includes a laundry facility, ice machine and 2-two bedroom units with all new furnishings.
